Keskmine suvikõrvits - 500 - 700 gr

5 kartulit

3 sibulat

1 tops merevaiku või muud sulatatud juust

vesi

suts õli

sool pipar veskist

Koori kartulid, tükelda, pane poti põhja. Koori ja tükelda kõrvits. Pane kõrvitsa tükid kartulite peale potti. Koori sibulad, tükelda ja prae. Pane potti kõige muu peale. Vala vett nii palju, et see katab potis olevad ained. Keeda seni, kuni kartul ja kõrvits on pehmed. Püreesta saumikseriga. Lisa sulatatud juust. Maitsesta soola ja pipraga. Sö seni kuni pott on tühi.

Marrow soup
You need :
A medium size marrow
5 potatoes
3 onions
1 cup of melted cheese
Water
a drop  of oil
salt and pepper

How to prepare the soup:
Peel the potatoes, chop them up and put them into the pot. Peel and chop the marrow. Put the pieces onto the potatoes in the pot. Peel the onion; chop and roast it. Put them on top of the marrow pieces. Pour as much water so it covers the vegetables in the pot. Boil until the pieces of potatoes and the morrow are soft. Break them up using a mixer and add the melted cheese. Flavour with salt and pepper.
Eat until the pot is empty.
